If data residency decides your purchase, Yellow.ai’s six published regions are a straightforward advantage and this comparison ends there. Our position is one region for storage, India (Bengaluru), and an honest disclosure that generating an answer sends the question and the retrieved excerpts to a model provider that may process them outside it. We would rather name that hop than describe ourselves as India-only and have you discover it at diligence.
A correction, because this page is only worth reading if it is right about the other side too. It previously said eight regions. Their security page names six. The number came from us, not from them, and overstating a competitor’s advantage is the same failure as understating it, it fails in the direction that looks generous. Six regions against our one is still their argument to win.
Worth knowing where that claim lives: it is on their enterprise security page, not on their home page, which as of 27 August 2026 does not mention residency at all. If residency decides your purchase, ask them to name the region in the contract rather than relying on either of our summaries of it.
Where this product is stronger is the thing residency cannot help with: knowing why an answer was wrong. Retrieval here is inspectable per turn. That matters most in month three, not week one.
We do not reproduce Yellow.ai's pricing here. Check it with them directly, a price we cannot date is worse than no price at all.
