Integrations
A short list, and the reason it is short: we would rather describe exactly what each connection does than publish a wall of logos we have never tested. Each entry below says what works today, in the product, on a live store.
WooCommerce: the full sale
The deepest integration. The assistant reads live price, stock, options and variations through WooCommerce's public Store API, with no keys to issue and no credentials for us to hold. It runs a real cart inside the chat and hands the whole cart to your checkout. The free WordPress plugin adds the widget without editing your theme, syncs your catalogue every day, tells the assistant whether the shopper is signed in, and opens My Account and checkout inside the chat. Add your WooCommerce API keys and shoppers can also ask where their order is.
How the WooCommerce integration works, and everything the assistant can do in a store.
Any website: by crawl
Any site, on any platform, works from the first afternoon. Paste your address and the assistant reads your pages, following your sitemap, and answers delivery, returns, product and policy questions from them. For services and software businesses, you can add your sign-up, log-in and plan pages in the console, and the assistant offers them as buttons when a visitor is ready.
Your own systems
-
Webhooks
Four signed events: a lead captured, a request for a person, a conversation ended, and a sign-in, order or subscription completed from the chat. Send them to your CRM, your help desk or a spreadsheet automation.
-
Custom tools
Any HTTPS endpoint can become something the assistant calls: stock at a branch, a delivery estimate for a pincode, a booking slot.
-
The hosted chat page
A page of your own at a short address, for WhatsApp, email signatures and printed QR codes, with the same assistant as your website.
What we do not integrate with yet
We do not connect to help desks such as Zendesk or Freshdesk directly, and we do not run on WhatsApp or Instagram. Webhooks cover the first case for most teams. If a missing integration is the thing standing between you and a decision, tell us which one: that is how the roadmap is ordered.
-
Shopify
Not available today. The roadmap says what is missing and in which order.
-
Magento, BigCommerce, custom carts
Not supported. A crawl still lets it answer from your pages, but there is no live price, no stock and no cart, so it cannot sell.
-
Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom
No direct connection. A handover is a person replying in the console; webhooks can carry it on to a tool you already run.
-
WhatsApp, Instagram, email, voice
Not supported as channels. This is a website widget, and the hosted chat page is the link you share elsewhere.
Questions
Which ecommerce platforms does the chatbot integrate with?
WooCommerce today, through the public Store API, with live price and stock, options and a cart handed to the store's checkout. Any website can be crawled. Shopify is not available yet; it is next on the roadmap.
Does the integration need my store's API keys?
No. The WooCommerce plugin uses the public Store API, so there are no credentials for us to hold.
Can it connect to my help desk?
No. A handover is a person replying in the console. Zendesk, Freshdesk and Intercom are not connected, and the roadmap says whether that changes.
Connect a WooCommerce store
Install the plugin, paste the widget ID, sync the catalogue. Live price and stock from the first answer, and the cart handed to your own checkout.
