From the question to the cart, in the chat

An AI sales assistant is judged at one moment: when the shopper asks. “You can find that on the product page” loses the sale to the next tab the shopper opens. Where a tool can settle the question, such as the live price, whether it is in stock or adding it to the cart, the assistant calls it and reports what actually came back. This is conversational commerce that finishes the job.

Shopping

  • Search the live catalogue

By name, need or budget, with the price and stock read from your store at the moment of asking, so the answer never offers something that has already sold out.

  • Product details and comparisons

Two or three products side by side, from their real attributes.

  • Options and sizes

Colours and sizes appear as choices on the card; sizes you sell as separate products are joined into one card with a size choice.

  • Budgets

A shopper who names a budget is shown what fits it first.

The cart

Add to cart, change quantities, apply or remove a coupon and view the cart, all inside the chat. When the shopper is ready, the chat hands the whole cart to your checkout, so your payment methods, offers and order emails stay as they are.

After the sale

On WooCommerce stores that connect their API keys, shoppers can ask where their order is. The assistant asks for the order number and the email or phone on the order, and replies with the status and the items, never the delivery address.

The next step

When a shopper wants to sign up, log in or buy a plan, the assistant puts a button in the conversation that opens your site's own page. On WooCommerce the page opens inside the chat, and the chat notices when the shopper has signed in or placed the order.

Your own tools

Anything with an HTTPS endpoint can become a tool: stock at a branch, a delivery estimate for a pincode, a booking. You describe it in the console, test it, and the assistant calls it when a question needs it. Secrets are stored encrypted and never shown again.

Your own systems

Four events can be sent to your CRM or backend, each signed: a lead captured, a request for a person, a conversation ended, and a sign-in, order or subscription completed from the chat.

What it will never do

It will not take a payment, ask for a card number or see one. Payment happens on your checkout, exactly as it does today, so none of your payment settings change.

Questions

Can the assistant add products to the cart?

Yes, on a WooCommerce store, inside the chat, including a chosen size or colour. The cart is the store's own, and checkout happens on the store's checkout page.

Does it show live prices?

Yes. Price, stock and variations are read from the store at the moment of the answer, never from a copy.

What if the shopper is not signed in?

The store tells the assistant, so it never asks a customer to create an account they already have, and it can open the store's own log-in page inside the chat.

It sells through your store, not around it

The integrations page says plainly what each store platform supports today, and what it does not yet.
