Every AI chatbot demo gives you an answer. This one also shows you why. Type a question the way a shopper would, about delivery, returns, a product or a price, and the panel beside the answer fills with the passages the assistant found in the demo store's content, the score each one earned, and the line it had to clear to be used.

How to read what you see
The candidates above the threshold line are the passages the answer was allowed to use. The ones below it, drawn with a dashed border, were considered and dropped. That second group is the part no other chat vendor shows you, and it is the part that matters when an answer goes wrong. An answer built from the wrong passage and an answer built from no passage at all look identical to a shopper; in the trace they look nothing alike.
Try a question the demo store cannot answer, such as a product it does not sell. You will see the assistant decline rather than invent, and you will see why: nothing cleared the threshold.
What changes on your own store
The demo runs on a small sample store. On yours, the assistant reads your live catalogue, so prices and stock are current at the moment of the question; it can add products to the cart and hand the shopper to your checkout; and the same trace appears beside every real conversation in your console, not only in a demo.
Why we put this before the sign-up form
Several vendors put a playground on their home page. We think the useful thing to show you is not that the assistant can talk, since they all can, but what it read before it answered. If that is the part you care about, the Trial plan connects your own catalogue the same afternoon and shows you the same panel on your own questions.
The demo is rate-limited so that it stays available for everyone, and it may be switched off at busy times. When it is, the worked example on the page is real output, clearly marked as an example.
Questions worth trying
Ask how long delivery takes to a particular city, and watch the delivery passage clear the line while the returns policy scores lower and is dropped. Ask about a product the demo store does not carry, and see every candidate fall short. Ask the same thing twice in different words and compare the scores: that difference is why the threshold matters more than any single answer.
